Hi, my name is John Michael. I recently graduated from the Applied AI Solutions program and am based in Canada.

This site is my portfolio, where I showcase my projects and writing while also experimenting with Webflow.

My journey into learning and development has been diverse and rewarding. I began as a Project Consultant, creating educational modules in the environmental and engineering sector.
Over the years, my passion for designing engaging and effective learning experiences grew through various projects, from eLearning modules to AI-powered training tools, ultimately leading me to focus my career on instructional design. I am now actively seeking a full-time role where I can create impactful learning solutions that help employees acquire skills and knowledge effectively.

My other interests include exploring data, uncovering insights, and analyzing patterns across different domains.

I enjoy watching soccer, especially from a statistical perspective, and love creating content around my observations and findings.

I’m a strong believer in sharing creativity and knowledge, as everyone is unique and deserves the opportunity to express and unleash their creative potential.

Currently, I am actively seeking a full-time role in Instructional Design and Learning & Development. I am passionate about creating engaging, effective learning experiences that help employees acquire skills, retain knowledge, and apply it confidently.
